Method of preparation:

Mix the flour with cold water to the consistency of thick cream and it's ready :)

Tempura - perfect for fish, seafood, vegetables and mushrooms. An irreplaceable addition to sushi! In the prepared batter, similar to pancake batter (preferably a little thicker), we dip the selected ingredients and deep fry in oil. When the ingredients are soft and the batter is crispy, we remove the tempura pieces from the oil and place them on tissue paper to drain the fat. It looks and tastes delicious!
