seasoning for stewing meat (Lo Shui), Chinese tea eggs 3x12g (sachets)
recipe for
1 sachet:1. meat 1-1.2kg or eggs 10-12 pcs.
2. water 2 Liter
3. monosodium glutamate 3/4 teaspoon (optional)
4. salt: 3/4 3/4 teaspoon
5. soy sauce: 5 tablespoons
6. leek and ginger, 2-3 slices
7. dried chili whole 1-2 pcs. (optional)
8. black tea leaves 3 tablespoons (only for eggs)
cooking time: eggs 40 mins
poultry and pork 45-60 mins
beef 2-2.5 hours (low heat)
after cooking, it is best to leave it in the pot for a few hours or overnight
note: the eggs must be boiled in water for 10 minutes, then gently beat the shells
