Mirin korean vinegar 410ml CJO

A Korean spiced cooking wine similar to Mirin or Misung. It has a delicate aroma of plum and ginger, and is less sweet than its Japanese counterparts. It's very effective – just a few teaspoons are enough to enhance a dish. Thanks to its light consistency, the alcohol in the wine evaporates easily during cooking. It's a seasoning for fish dishes, soups and sauces, as well as rice.
