Momoya's Kimchi No Moto Sauce is a spicy-salty sauce with a delicate sweet note, used as the base for the popular Korean dish kimchi. Despite its Korean roots, kimchi is very popular in Japan and China. Kimchi is also known as spicy pickled cabbage – its main ingredients are Chinese cabbage, chili peppers, onions, ginger, garlic, daikon radishes, as well as salt, sugar, and seafood. Kimchi No Moto is also excellent as a sauce for noodles, rice, and as a base for the soup of the same name, kimchi.
Ingredients: water, sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, salt, garlic, apples, vinegar, flavor enhancers (E621, E631), oranges, pickled vegetables (bell peppers, chives, bok choy, salt, vinegar), bell peppers, bonito fish, soy protein hydrolysate, vegetable extract, acidity regulator (E330), ginger, thickener (E415), fish sauce, kombu seaweed, rapeseed oil, color (E160c).
